Do you want to address Council? Prior to the Meeting you must:
- Advise the Clerk/Treasurer no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday before the meeting
- Provide your request in writing stating the nature of business to be discussed
- Provide copies of any correspondence
At the Meeting:
- Will allow you ten minutes to address Council
- You can only have one spokesperson per delegation
- Only items in your written request can be addressed
- Decisions regarding your delegation may not be made at the meeting
